I have experienced so many different “extras” I won’t take up MORE of your read time by listing them all- but for a quick example: I ordered a large Caramel Frappe with Em excesso whipped cream; When I got to the window, the staff person confirmed if I indeed wanted extra whipped cream & proceeded to ask if I would like it all on top or split with a layer at the bottom and then the middle and the top. WH WH WHAT???? Never have I been offered a choice. YES!!!!! Omg how much I appreciated that extra little attention -so much I still remember how happy I was (AGAIN) driving away that day.
